How do we book?

We require you to fill in the all the details in our form, once completed one of the team will be in touch with our next available dates. Alternatively, you can speak to a member of our team by contacting 020 7190 9662 or send us an email on info@koidetailing.co.uk

What happens if it's forecasting rain?

We monitor the weather daily and if there is inclement weather in the forcast, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to re-schedule.

Do we have water and electricity?

Yes, as we are mobile all of our vans are fully equipped with ultra pure water and electricity.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason, we will require at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed booking.

How do we pay?

We accept all methods of payments including American Express and bank transfers on the day. We can can also provide an invoice if requested.

What areas do you cover?

Check our online booking tool by clicking on the 'Book now' button. If we don't cover your area, it's worth sending us a submission form with the require details, in order to get you booked in.
